JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE ($4.5K)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Update China procurement status.
· Arrange payments to China suppliers.
· Handle shipping arrangements for goods leaving China.
· Prepare and manage shipping documents for agents.
· Maintain proper records and documentation for all shipments.
· Maintain records of balances with suppliers
· Monitor China cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for supplier payments.
· Request additional funds when balances fall below the limit.
· Maintain accurate records for every China payment.
· Update and report residual balances with suppliers to management monthly.
· Formulate, review, and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
· Ad-Hoc & Special Projects.
· Undertake ad-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
· Working capital review and analysis.
· Submit periodic MIS to management.
Candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Minimum degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years of relevant experience.
- MYOB experiences, Full sets accounts.
- Audit experience would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently.
- Takes initiative and a good team-player, strong sense of integrity
- Experience in preparation and finalization of month end reporting preferably for multiple business units
- Good Excel Skills & Power point preparation
- Good Command over written English & Mandarin (read & write)
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software skills.
