Job Description


1. Support the administration and execution of redesigned early talent programmes, including tasks related to the transition from SAP to Workday


o Management Associate Program (MAP)

  • Administer and support the recruitment and selection process of Management Associates (MA), including arranging for interviews and preparing interview materials.
  • Update and maintain MA information master tracker using excel, where data would go towards early talent dashboard
  • Coordinate onboarding matters for offered MAs such as managing offer letter, candidate documents and candidate e-Pfile
  • Support adhoc admin tasks
  • Support the migration of MAP process to Cumulus during the transition state and steady state including data migration, data confirmation for existing MAs to Workday and onboarding of new MAs to Workday

o Scholarship

  • Coordinate development check-ins with scholars by preparing and collating candidate documents such as development plans.
  • Update and maintain scholars master tracker using excel and tracking of scholars’ GPA Results and foreign language(s), where data would go towards early talent dashboard
  • Support the migration of scholarship process to Cumulus during the transition state and steady state including data migration, data confirmation for existing scholars to Workday

o Internship

  • Coordinate interns onboarding and offer
  • Collating of intern’s performance appraisal forms and reviewing correct submission during internship and at the end of internship
  • Prepare interns’ monthly timesheet for submission to Business Edge for payroll matters
  • Support the execution of various training programmes such as Global Ready Series by collating attendance and recording of notes shared by speakers

2. Support other administrative operations relating to enhancing knowledge management and onboarding/wayfinding experience such as facilitating the tracking of RACK Reports submission


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in talent attraction and recruitment
  • Can-do spirit, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and excellence oriented
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
