Responsibilities
-Understand company products.
-Prepare and issue purchase order to satisfy all company’s demands on materials, equipment, commodities, and services
-Monitor material incoming schedule & make necessary delivery arrangement to ensure sufficient supply.
-Manage warehouse operation ensuring accurate materials, supplies and equipment are shipped.
-Handle samples and daily procurement operation tasks.
-Liaise with other department colleagues (where necessary).
-Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in related field.
- Min Degree in related study field
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- 5 days work week
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
- Transport provided: Pick up and drop off at Yew Tee MRT & Fajar Road
