Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and commercial renovation works
- Ability to draw and prepare proposal for project
- Ensuring that the relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance and modifications in the plant so as to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment of the highest level
- Ensure all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Standards
- Ensuring that there are adequate procedures and systems put in place for maintenance activities conducted within the site
- Approval of Contractors’ daily timesheets
- Approval of the daily maintenance activities and modifications in the site
- Provide training needs of Maintenance team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and competencies to carry out their work in an efficient manner
- Assessment and review of in-house contractors’ performance and the contract
- Undertakes special assignments or projects as directed by the Director
Job Requirements:
- minimum 10 years of related working experience in the Electrical, Mechanical works
- Need to have experience in doing relevant Autocad drawings.
- Should have experience in managing field work as well
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical
