* Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the outlet operations
* Assist in outlet operations, cash control, and shift management
* Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service and kitchen crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports
* Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
* Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
* Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
* Assist in administrative work related to outlet operations
* Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
Requirement(s):
* Good experience in Restaurant operations Management
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Diligent team player passionate about F&B operation
