Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Management: Oversee the requirements and functional solution aspects of the system, including interconnectivity with external parties.
- Operational Backlog Management: Analyze and manage the operation backlog, developing business cases to address issues.
- Documentation: Document requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Prepare SOPs for operation and maintenance of technical systems, identifying use cases for automating business-as-usual (BAU) processes.
- Deployment Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of system enhancements.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in documenting technical designs, specifications, and solutions. Maintain document repositories and support project documentation as necessary.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline operations to minimize recurring issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles with a strong track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and design.
- Operations Management: Proven experience in managing operations, addressing issues, and monitoring systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis.
- Strategic Perspective: Capability to take a broad strategic view while understanding specific business needs and challenges.
- Technical Knowledge:Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
Familiarity with systems integration in diverse technological environments.
Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes is a plus.
Understanding of financial instruments, S.W.I.F.T messaging platforms, and experience with SimCorp Dimension® is advantageous
