Job Description:
- Social media management:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a Content Calendar.
- Develop and implement social media strategies, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with company’s objectives.
- Responsible for creation of content.
- Optimize social media channels to increase follower base, drive engagement and traffic to website.
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management:
- Identify and work with a network of KOLs.
- Identify trends and conceptualise creative campaign ideas to engage KOLs.
- Assist in logistical matters and generate post campaign report.
- Work closely with regional team on Meta Analytics, Google Ads and Analytics to optimize and maximise marketing dollars to garner the best ROI.
- Lead video production and editing.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Support the Marketing department in developing and implementing marketing strategy and plans.
- Work closely with merchandising, store operations, eCommerce and creative teams in developing special member privileges.
- Support the team in setting up in-house system mechanisms for promotions/campaigns
- Support the stores on operational support matters (i.e. Branding support - POSM requisition, POSM creation, catalogue support)
- Ad hoc duties assigned to support the Marketing team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing / Retail / Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ hands-on working experience in digital marketing, including social media platform, is essential. Experience on e-commerce is an advantage.
- Knowledge of these digital, database, analytics & CRM tools is an advantage – Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Oracle BI, Adobe Marketing Cloud etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
- A self-starter, willing to explore new and creative marketing ideas.
