Experience in Building maintenance, A&A works Repair and make good works
Assist in Ceiling, Flooring, Wall related building, Plumbing works & M&E experiance to site works support and installing/dismantling
Client meeting, site showround to attend, follow up sub-contractor and Handling & handover projects
Follow instructions from Manger to perform Ad-Hoc tasks and site works arrangements
Communication and teamwork skills
Follow up night site works (Shopping Mall works)
Pick up and drop off workers from Dormitory and Work place
Candidates with Class 3 license preferred
Handle and transport materials and equipment / able to start immediately, willing to work overtime, Flexible working timing - Urgent & Night works to attent (Shopping Mall works),
