Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules and generates Oracle reports.
- Processes month / quarter end journals.
- Performs COGS analysis (including freight, warranty, inventory adjustments, etc.).
- Performs system costs update at quarter end (including bi-yearly update of labour and overhead rates).
- Reviews and analyzes inventory revaluation at quarter end.
- Closes work orders with no variances.
- Assists with preparation of month/quarter-end management reports.
- Assists with forecast of OPEX.
- Assists with US GAAP, SOX and statutory audits.
- Assists with productivity improvement projects.
- Performs ad-hoc tasks and/or prepares ad-hoc reports to drive the plants' financial performance and controllable free cash flow.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skill.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
