- Working Location: Benoi
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm, Sat 9 am-5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,800+ AWS + PB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily operations, assigning jobs to technicians and drivers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor equipment in the workshop and organize repairs and parts sourcing efficiently.
- Provide administrative support, including managing records, scheduling tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the workshop.
- Respond to job inquiries and maintain communication with customers.
- Report to the Workshop Supervisor/Manager to discuss priorities and seek guidance when needed.

- Technical experience with trailers/trucks is an advantage.
- A team player who can collaborate, delegate, and lead technicians to meet daily work goals.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Clear and effective communication skills (primarily in English).
- Proficient in using MS Word/Excel and cloud-based CRM systems.
- Class 3 driving license (Class 4 license is a plus).
