Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Operations Executive/ Sales Support
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3500 + $200 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.
- Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files efficiently.
- Handle all necessary shipping documentation and perform duties related to shipping operations.
- Process customs declarations for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate import and export operations to guarantee timely delivery in line with client timelines.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline.
- Experience in export operations will be advantageous.
