Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Work closely with the Directors to shape the long-term vision and strategy of the company. You’ll identify new opportunities, expand existing programs, and ensure our services are positioned for growth.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. You will also focus on improving efficiencies and ensuring that operations run smoothly across all sites.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Oversee budgets, purchasing, and financial reporting. Ensure that staff salaries, benefits, and welfare are well-managed while keeping compliance with financial regulations.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Lead marketing initiatives to promote our programs, especially in growing our outreach to local neighborhoods. You’ll ensure we maintain strong relationships with the communities we serve.
- Team Leadership & HR: Guide and mentor our diverse and talented team of full-time and part-time staff. Foster a positive, collaborative culture and ensure staff development aligns with business objectives.
- Innovative Program Development: Spearhead the creation of child-centric programs that are not only educational but also foster growth, confidence, and lifelong love for physical activity.
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of senior management experience, ideally in education, lifestyle, or a family-focused industry.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive business growth through innovative ideas.
- Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, purchasing, and reporting.
- A passion for working with children and understanding of the needs of parents and families.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing hybrid teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
