RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers upon arrival and offering guidance or assistance.
- Interact professionally with clients, answer queries, and provide directions within the showroom.
- Station at the reception desk, point where sales journey start.
- Leading customers to meet with sales representatives. (No need to sales)
- Maintaining a presentable showroom, ensuring that customer areas are clean and welcoming.
- Assisting in promotional events or activities related to customer experience.
- Require a well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prefer candidates with a degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability
