- Position Title: Operations Manager
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the establishment.
- Support behind-the-scenes activities and other operational functions such as customer service, shift scheduling, cashiering, closing tills, ordering inventory, and handling office paperwork.
- Manage inventory, resource requisitions, and purchases.
- Oversee staff recruitment and training.
- Implement strategies to improve staff morale and motivation.
- Ensure food standards and quality control are maintained.
- Analyze the establishment’s performance and review operational processes to find opportunities for innovation, technology application, and work process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets based on customer profiles.
- Submit proposals to management for improvements to the establishment, such as process improvements, repairs, and renovations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in management position in the F&B or retail chain industry.
- Adaptive to fast-paced environment, resilient to changes and willing to accept new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
