Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
- Position Title: Operations Manager
- Working Location: Bukit Timah
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes and procedures are executed efficiently and effectively
- Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities to guarantee timely delivery of products and services
- Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for operational improvements and staying informed about industry trends and best practices
- Analyze operational data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to build successful strategies and improve operational performance
- Developing and refining operational policies, ensuring consistency across all activities, and creating compelling standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity
- Overseeing staff training and development, ensuring a high level of competency and morale within the team
- Plan and execute projects, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for all activities

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Has 5-10 years of operations management experience (preferably in F&B) with a solid track record of leading operational activities and strategies
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and operational best practices
