Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work in exclusive residential estate
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
- Respond to residents’ inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Provide services such as facility booking, taxi booking, handling couriers, transportation options, and any additional requests upon demand
- Handle calls and receiving of parcels for residents
- Liaise with residents on function area setup
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in the service industry.
- Posses good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to do shift work.
- Able to use MS Office.
- Able to multitask.
Additional:
- Monday to Sunday (Morning Shift): 8am to 4pm
- Monday to Sunday (Afternoon Shift): 12pm to 8pm
- Office Wear with blazer
