- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to insurance systems and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards across all business systems.

Requirements:
- Expertise in general insurance, with a deep understanding of digital platforms and end-to-end business transformation.
- Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, with a focus on business needs over technical specifications.
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale projects.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering insurance projects related to policy management, claims processing, underwriting, and sales.
- Skilled in collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop effective solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of policy management systems and their integration with other systems such as billing, claims, and CRM.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
