We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, optimizing delivery processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Technical team to implement strategies that drive sales performance.
- On-site delivery for 5GtoB, 5GtoOtoB and other related projects,
- Provide technical troubleshooting for customers, and meeting customers' on-site and remote service requirements
- Monitor sales targets and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
- Address any issues that arise during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve sales execution processes.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of key technologies such as 5G network architecture, core network, access network, and edge computing can solve complex technical problems in 5G networks.
- In-depth knowledge of 5G equipment and solutions from Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, etc., able to configure, debug, and optimize performance, and familiar with the characteristics and best practices of equipment from different manufacturers.
- During the deployment process, it can quickly identify and resolve problems in equipment installation, configuration, connection, etc.
- Solid technical background, including in-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS), wireless communication principles, network security (including cryptography, authentication mechanisms), and network performance monitoring tools to support efficient deployment and problem solving of 5G networks.
