Scope of Work
1. Administrative Functions
- Maintain cleanliness in reception area
- Manage, prepare and verify relevant documents e.g. maintain and update records, compile statistics, filing and drafting/replying to correspondences, etc
- Ad-hoc task as and when assigned by Administration Manger and School Leaders.
2. Reception Duties
- To manage counter services & enquiries
- Attend to phone calls
- Attend to incoming parcels or mails (emails), including receiving deliveries and inform or distribute to relevant parties
- Manage enquiries and liaise with various parties such as parents, teachers, vendors etc.
- Attend to unwell students at ‘sick bay’ and follow-up with the teacher in charge/parents till they are back to class/home
- Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc.) and students requiring assistance at the General office.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- G.C.E ‘O’ Level
- Singapore Citizen
- Pleasant, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Preferably able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin/Chinese will be an advantage as School is an SAP school.
- Knowledge of MS office
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in administration work and customer service.
- Candidates who are trained in First Aid will have an advantage.
Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Option Period: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45 am to 3.45 pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break
• Fridays: 6.45 am to 3.15pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
