Job Description:
Support and assist the Sales & Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager in achieving the company’s business objectives by implementing marketing plans and providing support to Independent Business Owners (IBOs).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruiting and developing new Business Builders and Sales Leaders to expand the company’s business and accelerate sales growth. Aid Business Builders and Sales Leaders in expanding existing markets and developing new ones. Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing recruitment-related activities such as rallies, seminars, Business Builder meetings, trainings, conventions, trade fairs, special meetings, and other IBO-related events. Travel to various locations to organize events and assist in Business Builders’ activities. Facilitate communication with Business Builders on vital operational information and update IBOs with new company developments. Provide feedback from the field and submit market intelligence reports and proposed IBO-related activities to management in a timely manner. Collect, analyse, and summarize data and trends to provide relevant information.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a similar discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Direct Selling.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Clients / Customers.
· Highly creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box.
· Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong service orientation and results-driven mindset.
