Job Description
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., Grantors) to implement and manage changes and interventions that achieve project goals and mitigate risk.
- Offer project management assistance to the team by gathering and tracking deliverables to ensure compliance and meet deadlines.
- Track the project’s status and communicate progress to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that project information and documentation are properly archived and available for audits.
- Oversee project documentation, keeping all files current and easily accessible.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks to support the Project Office Team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Possess administrative and stakeholder management experience
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
