This position is responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Partner and family, and carrying out tasks and requests as instructed. The Personal Assistant works with minimum supervision and handles confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Manage and maintain Managing Partner’s appointments and schedule;
- Running of errands on behalf of Managing Partner
- Assist in making medical appointments and registration
- Assist in making reservations for meeting venues such as restaurants
- Organize, manage and execute private events
- Responsible for managing luggage pickups and drop-offs between the airport and home
- Supervise and manage the household staff including drivers, chef, housekeeper etc
- Organise and oversee the maintenance of the properties
- Responsible for all household and wine inventory
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned including personal and family matters
Requirements:
- The candidate will have worked for a Senior Management level individual (of at least 2 years) and have experience supporting a family office setup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Chinese and English language
- IT-savvy with good proficiency in offline and online productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Self-motivated individual who is efficient, organized and meticulous, work well under pressure.
