Clinic Assistant

The Obstetrics & Gynaecology Centre Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Clinic Assistant to join our team. The Clinic Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the reception area, attending to patients, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to doctors during consultations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset.


Responsibilities

Manage the reception area, greeting patients, and handling phone calls professionally.
Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing.
Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
Provide assistance to doctors during consultations, ensuring patients' needs are met efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.

Requirements

Experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evening sessions and across multiple locations.
Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
