- Focus: Administrative Matters, Coordination and Filing Reports
- Office location: Singapore
- Working hours: 5 days’ work (Mon-Fri) Office Hours
The Talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
- Strong administrative coordination abilities
- Min Preferably Diploma Fresh Grad and above are welcome to apply
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include:
- Extract information from database (from excel/powerpoint/adaptive) upload into sharepoint list
- Basic report consolidation, standardize formatting
- Support room bookings, check on team members availability
- Adhoc purchasing for office supplies, support logistics arrangement for workshop
- Tracking of action item list status , program support
