Role: IT Delivery Lead (Banking / 6 month contract)
- Manage backlog and stakeholders, with a clear understanding of the delivery and its ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross-functional team to deliver together.
- Gather detailed requirements from business leads for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI sign-off CJ, data requirements, copytext, notification templates, and review for error scenarios.
- Work closely with development to clarify requirements, ensure priorities are clear, and provide SME knowledge where required.
- Create the release plan with the scrum master, including details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, and entry and exit criteria to the implementation approach.
- Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritization, refinement, demo, and related ceremonies.
- Oversee delivery execution from QA resourcing, quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets, and escalation where required.
- Manage allocated testing budget.
- Provide UAT sign-off against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items.
- Prepare Go Live plan, soliciting for LV support, and arrange for KT to touchpoint and BAU support.
- Support Go Live implementation and post-production issues from troubleshooting and investigation.
