Job Description
- Assist in preparing and submission of daily site survey (SSR) and completion report for each project
- Must be able to liaise with clients and Building Management (BM) for all access application
- Prepare BM documents for submission (PTW, SWP, WAH, MOS, RA, ect)
- To keep track status of project applications and follow up
- Report to project manager/project engineer for all project documentation and project tracking schedule
- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure accuracy of all status submission to comply with project specification and clients' requirement
- Must be able to communicate with clients about project schedule and dateline
- Must be able to manage deadlines and progress across the teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
- Delegation tasks to appropriate team members
- Provide support to the project team
Requirements
- Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, creative and resourceful
- Must be willing to learn and do
- Good communication skills
- Multi tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise task
- Need to work with project team closely
- Able to join us immediately
