Job Responsibilities
· Report to supervisor, immediately when operating equipment not in good working conditions
· Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
· Check on sanitation and cleanliness of equipment daily
· Assist in serving of dishes when required
· Quickly clear trays and soiled crockeries at stewarding area
· Wash pots/ pans/ dishes/ utensils and other cooking equipment if required
