Responsibility:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business in the IT sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and products.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and trust.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Create proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and client activity.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales campaigns with company goals.
- Manage post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- For Executive: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
- For Manager: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales management in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategy.
