Working hours: Mon - Thurs (8.00am - 5.30pm); Fri: (8.00am - 5.00pm)
*This position is a 5-day work week (42 hours/week)
Salary: $10 -$12/hr
As part of the team, the Customer Service Associate's key role is to handle appointment booking for Health Screening Services and other private patients’ enquiries. The incumbent will also prepare and send out appointment invite and result letters to patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs
- Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance to address caller's enquiries
- Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's and online/email request
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments in the institutions to ensure requests are followed up and resolved
- Complete daily pending appointment enquiries and follow up outstanding request where applicable
- Prepare and send appointment invite letter and appointment reminders to patients
- Work with Team lead, prepare and mail result letter to patients.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Office
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O level certificate
- Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in healthcare industry, contact centre environment and/or service related industry
- Computer literate and good typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task and handle stress well
- Able to adapt to fast paced working environment
