Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to sell products or services. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide product or service information. Answer customer queries and address their concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value of the offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on leads and sales prospects.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation. Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Preferably the work experience with the petrol station, supermarket and the chain store.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to achieve overall company goals. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- This role may require standing for extended periods, and working evenings or weekends , public holiday to meet sales targets.
