Job Overview: Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Assistant with a background in accounting or finance. This part-time role involves assisting with financial tasks such as GST filing, annual tax filing, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file GST returns and annual tax filings.
- Manage and organize financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and other financial tasks.
- Coordinate and manage some properties matters, both virtual and in-person.
- Attend occasional in-person meetings in the town area as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing files and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Min 3 - 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Familiarity with GST filing, tax filing, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools.
