Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant (Accounting/Finance Background)

Location: Work from Home (with ad hoc meetings in the town area)

Employment Type: Part-Time (1-2 days/week)


Job Overview: Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Assistant with a background in accounting or finance. This part-time role involves assisting with financial tasks such as GST filing, annual tax filing, and general administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file GST returns and annual tax filings.
  • Manage and organize financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and other financial tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage some properties matters, both virtual and in-person.
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings in the town area as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including organizing files and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Min 3 - 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Familiarity with GST filing, tax filing, and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work (from home) with flexible hours.
  • Ad hoc in-person meetings in the town area.
