Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch client support
- Responding to emails and doing administrative tasks
- Receive and address requests from guests or clients in a cordial, prompt, and effective manner.
- Demonstrate professionalism in both look and demeanor
- Carrying out simple cleaning duties as instructed by the FM team or as needed
- Oversee and assist with all aspects of event setup, breakdown, and aftermath.
- Set up coffee breaks, carts, and stations with the proper food and drinks.
- Restock buffet products to guarantee presentation consistency and freshness.
- Keep an eye on and maintain the order, cleanliness, and sanitation of the service areas.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all the meeting and event spaces.
- When it's necessary, help coworkers and other departments to preserve good working connections.
- rovide exceptional service in accordance with service standards, and make sure that the service experience and delivery are carried out smoothly.
- Make sure that all meals and drinks are prepared and presented correctly in accordance with service standards and hygienic rules, including the right arrangement of the tables.
- Make sure all pantry tasks, such as opening and closing, are completed quickly and completely, including washing, cleaning, and polishing of equipment.
- Help with inventory stock item management and F&B consumption tracking coordination
Job Requirement
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities/Food Services/Customer Engagement or other relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience
- Passion for service with good interpersonal skill
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a stressful environmen
- Team player with good time management skills
