Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Tuas

Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission + Mobile + Meal

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30am – 4.30pm

This role is responsible for overseeing and driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent revenue growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Internal Coordination: Ensure agreement with customers are executed by the team.

Marketing

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
  • Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences and drive online sales.
  • Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirement

  • Relevant Experiences, preferably in the Heavy Equipment Industry
  • Valid Class 3 License & Possess own vehicle
