Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing intern to join our Singapore team in a startup environment. This role provides a hands-on experience in diverse aspects of in-house marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Help to create and schedule engaging copywriting content for social media platforms, website posts and newsletters.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and community interaction.
- Assist to analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identity trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse performance of marketing campaigns.
- Support various marketing initiatives and projects as required. Contribute ideas and creative solutions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Assist with updates on the website, incorporating SEO practices.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute by proposing innovative ideas.
- Assist with timely following up on tasks and scheduled meetings and presentations.
- Help with administrative tasks related to marketing and events.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Familiar and experience with appropriate current computer programs and technology across devices and operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, ensure that all publications/communications (internal or external) are kept professional and orderly.
- Good time management ability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow along.
- Open to receiving feedback and guidance.
