Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets by preparing sales documents (quotations, proposals, invoices, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, contracts, and relevant documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products to clients.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, warehouse, and logistics to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Assist in managing key accounts by maintaining regular contact with clients and addressing any needs or issues.
