Job Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounts:
- Issue Invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
Corporate Sales Management:
- Manage online inquiries for corporate sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to process sales orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for corporate clients.
- Monitor and follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
Customer Service:
- Provide after-sales support to corporate clients.
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Assist with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
- Support the management team with special projects as needed.
- Bonus If (alternatively, can learn on the job)
- Familiar with accounting software and online sales platforms.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
