Legal Admin, Up $2.8K
Duration: 11 Months Contract
Work Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)
The candidate will be part of the Group Legal team and expected to:
- Manage and track records and databases.
- Provide PA and administrative support to Head of Department (HODs) and diary management.
- Handle administrative and financial matters e.g. verify invoices, raise payment requests etc,.
Requirements:
- General Diploma in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in secretarial / executive work or equivalent.
- Candidates with legal secretarial experience gained in a law firm will be favourably considered.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people from outside Division and Organisation.
- Meticulous, well-organised and resourceful.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
