• Drive preparation of regional forecasts (quarterly) and budget (annually). • Ensure efficient and effective operation of disbursements process – include ensuring disbursements are checked for accuracy, relevant supporting documents are submitted and verified, disputes are resolved promptly, monthly reconciliations are prepared and discrepancies are followed up, and any advances given are accounted for/ recovered timely
• Identify areas of improvements to existing processes/ systems. Take on lead role in system implementation/ improvement projects
