Job Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

As the Stripe Billing Prime Account Executive you will be responsible for generating pipeline and

driving new business sales within our key target accounts. You will have a defined book of

business and will engage with upselling existing Stripe users on Stripe Billing as well as driving

net new logos. You will contribute to revenue growth of the business by holding discovery

meetings, identifying user pain, creating and delivering presentations, presenting tailored

solutions, building proposals, negotiating contract terms and pricing and close deals.

What You Will Do:

As a Prime seller of Stripe Billing your role will be to manage the entire sales cycle working with

your sales development rep to develop a strategy which will include outbound activities such as

prospecting and qualification right through the sales motion of negotiation and closing deals.

You will need to develop and execute account strategies to acquire net new billing customers

and expand existing accounts through cross-selling. This will require building and maintaining

strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive decision-makers and operational

teams within client organisations.

Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client challenges and providing solutions to

optimise their billing processes. As part of your day to day you will work closely with product and

solutions architect teams to uncover pain points and come up with solutions to enhance their

existing processes. You will be the voice of the customer and help feedback and influence

product enhancements based on feedback from your customers. A critical component of the

role will be ensuring the deals closed activate and you will work closely with XFN teams

including Stripe Professional Services, Allianz & Channel partners to ensure these users go live

This role will be customer facing and you should expect to travel to meet customers face to

face, host customers at Stripe offices, plan and attend Executive Briefing Conferences with

Reports to the Head of Account Management and the CEO. You will have main missions to manage the customer relationship in your area.

Customers’ relationship:

• Ensure fulfilment of performance.
• Monitor contracts compliance and regulatory requirements in area of responsibility.

Quality:

• Support our process of continuous improvement with vendors and providers.
• Follow up open quality actions until closure.

Regulation:

• Support our Customs Manager to enforce customs and transport rules.

Autonomy:

• Ability to propose solutions requiring managerial validations and ensure implementation.
• Coordinate project with other departments and report to the management.

Travel:

• Regular travel is to be expected between 30%.

Technicity:

• Skills improvement on the tools and to be a creative force.

Requirements:

• Degree/Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Aviation or related discipline in Customer Support/Business functions.
• At least 3-5 years in the Aviation/Aerospace and Customer Support/Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience in air / logistics / supply chain management (SCM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
• Proficient in excel and knowledge in SAP, sales and airline operations will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:

• Generate monthly reports and the annual budget for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and E-staff expenses claims (Prosoft) are processed accurately and timely.

• Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS regulations.

• To check and ensure payments are properly supported and authorized according to Group Policies and Processes.

• Prepare and update principal supplier’ reconciliation on a monthly basis.

• Handle and resolve internal and external vendors’ inquiries and issues.

• Ensure Zero unallocated payments in ERP system.

• Petty Cash management.

Skill Required

• Diploma or Degree qualification.
