Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold consistent sales methodologies.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to strategy development, proposal, presentation, and successful conclusion in IT & Digital services within a specified market segment.
• Meet sales targets by building a robust pipeline, establishing legitimate connections within the target market, delivering presentations to key decision-makers, executing pilot projects, and securing full-service production agreements.
• Set sales goals based on accurate forecasts.
• Oversee and cultivate major customer accounts, coordinating with account management supports as necessary.
• Handle all aspects of contractual negotiations including terms, duration, and pricing.
• Build and sustain relationships at the executive level, adapting to and communicating effectively about the prospective customers' organizational culture.
• Continuously engage with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage ongoing client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, oversee subsequent work orders, and identify new opportunities based on evolving client needs.
• Collaborate with the Technical Solution Pre-sales and Delivery teams to create tailored quotations and proposals based on client specifications.
• Work closely with Operations/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and compliant production of sales documentation, adhering strictly to company policies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop strategic initiatives that achieve desired outcomes.
• Perform cold calling to secure meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop partnerships with vendors and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
• Document and report on all customer inquiries monthly as required by the sales manager.

Job Description:

• Handle full set of account
• Assist in day-to-day accounting functions
• Key in supplier invoices and reconciliation of vendor SOA and clarify discrepancies with suppliers
• Handle staff claims and intercompany transactions
• Bank reconciliations
• Update month end inventory and reconcile inventory movement report
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account
• Preparation of month end closing and journal entries

Job Duties:-

• Check, validate and ensure all AP transactions are processed timely and accurately.
• Provide strong support to Manager and able to take initiative to resolve disputes pertaining to Accounts Payable matters.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in AP operational processes with some supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft office and ERP system, proficient in Excel
• Independent and confident to carry out assignment in an efficient and effective manner.
• Meticulous, organised, pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Effective communication skill in both spoken and written.
• Preferably able to start work immediately
