Job summary
1) Responsible for the day-to-day accounts administrative task.
2) To work as part of the Accounts team.
Area of responsibilities
1) Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
2) Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
3) Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
4) Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
5) Responsible for daily filing, photocopy and scanning of documents.
6) Downloading / Scanning and filing of all bank statements
7) Responsible for daily AR / AP operation administrative task.
8) Responsible for the cash / cheques / giro collections (AR).
9) Ensure that all transactions are entered into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and filed timely and accurately (AR / AP).
10) Support and assist account executive administrative duties as assigned.
11) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.
Competency requirements
1) No working experience required as on-job-training provided.
2) Administrative experience will be an advantage.
3) Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
4) Well organized, attention to detail and accuracy.
5) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) accounts module proficiency.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 8 30am - 5 45pm (1 Hour Break)
Saturday: 8 30am - 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks)
