Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing client/audit team working papers on the appropriateness of asset/ liability carrying amounts measured using fair or recoverable values.
• Perform independent valuations for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, etc.
• Conduct market and industry research.
• Construct and analyze financial models.
• Develop financial models and establish best practices, workflows, and procedures in related areas.
• Perform financial modelling and forecasting using various methods and tools.
• Review valuation reports for inaccuracies.
• Identify gaps in valuation reports and suggest improvements.
• Understand and apply financial reporting standards; pose relevant challenges and questions on key inputs and assumptions used by management.
• Guide the team in amending reports to clearly articulate valuation conclusions.
• Engage in technical research and consultations, including writing technical publications, reviewing and developing technical working paper templates and training materials, and facilitating/conducting technical training sessions.
• Review and develop training programs, coordinate and conduct training, and monitor CPE hours for audit professionals.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective, consistent sales processes from initial contact through to proposal, presentation, and successful closure for IT & Digital services within a defined market.
• Lead the sales process by achieving established targets, including pipeline development, key stakeholder presentations, pilot projects, and executed service agreements.
• Set sales objectives through accurate forecasting and manage major customer accounts, coordinating account support when necessary.

About the role

• Lead cybersecurity governance and activities, including:
  • Conducting IT risk assessments and analyzing vulnerabilities.
  • Tracking and resolving security findings from penetration tests and threat analyses.
  • Planning and implementing cybersecurity measures to counter emerging risks.
• Conduct monthly phishing exercises and information security training.
• Organize annual Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises with stakeholders.
• Report monthly cybersecurity updates and compliance status to Group IT.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and propose IT security improvements.
• Coordinate and lead internal/external cybersecurity, PDPA, and ISO27001 audits.

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security governance, audits, and compliance.
• Certifications: CISSP or GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).
• Proven experience in risk assessments, gap analysis, and policy implementation.
