We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our Finance Team in supporting the Accounts function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Account Payable & Account Receivables
• Responsible for full set of account including assisting in month end closing, preparation of schedules and reconciliation.
• Responsible for Singapore statutory tax compliance, inclusive of preparation of WHT and GST filing
• Support cross internal Finance Functions and ad-hoc projects, reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

• Min 5 years of working experience in relevant fields: Finance, Accounting

Essential

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications agency space, ideally in B2B PR and media relations

• Experience managing complexity and nuance from a marcomms standpoint, with a clear attention to detail and demonstrated ability to create clarity out of chaos
• Work with delivery teams across timezones to create and execute plans that meet clients’ business objectives
