-To assist in accounts work, corporate secretarial and office administrative matters.
-Prepare/issue Payment Vouchers / online transfers / Cheques
-Prepare/monitor accounting schedules in excel eg AR/AP accounts
-Prepare simple full set accounts for in-active entities
-Maintenance of accounts filings according to deadlines
-Monitor / resolve outstanding accounting/admin matters
-Assist in annual audits / handling of forms
-Assist in annual XBRL ACRA filings
-Liaise with overseas Directors’ secretaries on outstanding documents/ liaise with Company secretary to ensure completeness of records
-Handle office administrative matters
-Liaise with various parties, local and overseas, on administrative matters.
