Job Descriptions:
- Respond to sales inquiries and create detailed quotations for clients.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on the company’s lead and convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze sales performance.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in business study / supply chain related course
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
