Responsibilities:

• Manage complete full set of account.
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns.
• Collaborate with various department stakeholders on projects and other initiatives under the guidance of the Manager.
• Oversee inventory management tasks including costing and month-end reconciliation.
• Conduct month-end closing procedures and perform monthly reconciliations to support financial reporting.
• Provide backup assistance for other accounting team functions as needed.
• Coordinate with bankers, external auditors, and company secretary to fulfill all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Process employee claims by validating claim applications and receipts.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
