Key Responsibilities:

• Learn Fisher Scientific’s vast product portfolio and implement company defined sales and marketing strategies.
• Leverage available resources to effectively implement company marketing plan, strategies and sales processes.
• Partner with manufacturer representatives and product specialists to develop and continually improve product knowledge, arrive at most favored pricing, and improve account profitability.
• Embrace resources from divisional levels and functional areas e.g. using Strategic Selling techniques within assigned account which influence purchasing decisions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Life Science/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry or any Science related disciplines.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience with good knowledge of the Academic (Research Institutes) & Healthcare segments
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and be self motivated.

Job description:

- Oversee the accounting operations and develop plans and process for financial reporting.

- Supervise accounting department, guide, and train the team to achieve department goals.

- Lead the financial reporting process, review financial reports, and resolve issues as they arise.

- Perform audits related to company financial accounts.

- Work closely with head office on accounting matters and provide relevant reports.

Requirements:

- Diploma and above qualifications in accounting or finance related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance capacity, prior experience in manufacturing industry is preferred, experience in garments/footwear manufacturing is advantageous.

- Prior experience with big 4 accounting firms is an advantage.

- Familiar with cost accounting and IFRS.

- Experience in ERP system.

- Good communication skills, good command of both English and Chinese (The role is based in Indonesia and reports to CFO based in Taiwan.)

Job Duties

• To implement effective and consistent sales processes.
• Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for IT & Digital services within a defined market.
• To achieve established sales goals related to the building of necessary pipeline, legitimate contacts made within target market, presentations made to key stakeholders and decision makers, pilots produced, and full service and production agreements executed.
• Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
• To manage and develop major and critical customer accounts and coordinate the management of account management support when needed.
• To negotiate all aspects of contractual agreement including terms and conditions, duration, and pricing with the contracting entity.
• To develop and maintain relationships at the 'C Suite' while understanding and communicating prospective customers' corporate culture.
• To constantly cultivate and establish good rapport and relationship with clients.
