Responsibilities
1. Establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
2. Improve and update both organizational and individual information for assigned clients
3. Organize, plan, implement, and evaluate various customer relationship activities.
4. Complete the tasks and activities required in the LTC (Lead-to-Cash) process.
5. Ensure the completeness of the information required in the LTC process.
6. Manage competitive intelligence, implement strategies, and evaluate outcomes.
Requirements
1. Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Strong communication skills; a high level of responsibility and stress resilience.
3. Teamwork spirit with the ability to learn quickly and maintain an open mindset, along with strong organizational and planning skills.
4.Based in Singapore, occasionally regional travelling
