• At least Diploma in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and SAP Concur.
• Knowledge in Transfer pricing and withholding tax is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monthly financial closing activities.
2. In charge of daily and monthly issuance of sales tax invoices, receipt function, journal entry preparation and etc.
3. Ensure that vendor invoices, sales invoices, payments, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into accounting system.
4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations.
5. Prepare monthly reports on project cash flows, debtors list, treasury reports, progress claims receivables report.
6. Ensure all vendor invoices are promptly and accurately updated in the accounting system with appropriate supporting documents.
7. Liaise with vendors to obtain Statements of Account and reconcile their statements and balances.
8. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and prompt processing of vendor invoice payments.
9. Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging report
10. Providing support to the finance team as needed, including ad hoc financial analysis or projects.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or degree in accounting or related field preferred.
2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and reconcile financial transactions.
4. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Working Experience: At least with 2 years of full sets work experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

A diploma in any subject is acceptable, although English, journalism, media studies or mass communications are preferred. In-house or Agency experience in corporate communications or public relations will be advantageous.
