Requirements:

• Min. LCCI or equivalents
• Experience in partial accounts payable.
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook, Microsoft Dynamic NAV).
• Good communication skills.
• Committed, responsible, independent and team player.
• Able to work under fast pace environment and perform OT (when required).
• Willing to learn and positive attitude.
• Wiling to work in the West.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational activities including bookkeeping, payment, petty cash, inventory and fixed asset control and other accounting-related duties
• Communicate with banks, clients, suppliers, and other internal/external parties
• Prepare/Assist with financial audit and tax filings.
• Coordinate with the company secretary to lodge and file the document to the relevant Government authority.
• Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Proficiency in MS Office knowledge and ERP systems preferred
• No experience required
• Meticulous and good at problem-solving
• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents preferred.
